Sorta Started

After my last post I thought I'd share that I'm trying to get started on working out and eating better. This Saturday we had the twin's birthday party. That morning the weather was beautiful so I got out the double stroller and ran/walked with the kids and then we played at the park for a bit.

It was a good start until party food and wine that afternoon. I didn't have any cupcakes, but but I definitely snacked and drank.

Than today, I didn't really do much.

So, Monday is still the start of week, so I'll do my best to make it to yoga tomorrow afternoon before the kids get home.
